As a lifelong resident of Calaveras County with unsurpassed experience in Board Governance, Management of a Public Agency, Project Management, Construction and Excavating expertise, along with having Water-Wastewater and Distribution certificates that allow me to be a Chief Plant Operator, I can assist UPUD in following “Legal” governance procedures into the future while being fiscally responsible for the customers we provide safe potable water.
